Sawfish1.3.2

WindowManagerのSawfishが本日updateされていました。

いやー、このWindowManager使ったのは２００年くらい前って感じがします。まだがんばって開発されているのを知るとうれしいなあ。

非常に軽く、カスタマイズが自由自在なテーマブルなWindowManagerで、カスタマイズにperlが使えるのではなかったでしたっけ。（あいまい）
今回のupdateは

Strings are re-encoded in UTF-8, thus window titles will be set correctly regardless of title encoding. The documentation was updated. Nautilus can now restore its desktop window size, the 64-bit client messages were fixed, the KDE system tray no longer fights with sawfish to reparent a tray icon, Qt applications no longer lose focus when the menu is active, window placement was corrected in xinerama/dual head, and a few other bugs were fixed.

プログラム中の（おそらくリソースの）stringをUTF-8に再エンコード、とかKDEやQtのupdateにともなったfixとか、地道ですねえ。前回のupdateが2007/07なんでおよそ半年ぶりの更新。けっこう頻繁に手が加わっております。

compizなんていう罰当たりなもの(^^;)使わず、ここはひとつSawfishで男は黙ってサッポロビール、という生活もいいかも。
